How we treat
Each treatment session is fully customized to meet your individual needs. Here are some of the types of treatments that may be utilized for your care:
- Manual therapy
- Joint mobilizations
- Spinal manipulation
- Myofascial release and fascial manipulation
- Massage
- Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (e.g. Graston, gua sha, muscle scraping, etc)
- Dry needling
- Active and passive release of trigger points
- Neuromuscular reeducation
- Neuromuscular electric stimulation (NMES)
- Spinal stabilization training (deep core, i.e. pelvic floor and transverse abdominis)
- Aerobic exercise
- Strengthening exercises
- Balance and coordination exercises

Appointments and Pricing
- 60-minute, one-on-one physical therapy appointments have a fee of $200
- Though we do not take insurance, you may submit a superbill for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits, depending on your insurance carrier and individual plan.
- A sliding scale is available for those with financial concerns or hardship. Check out this page and scroll down for more information on the sliding scale.
